Wayne Black and Associates Pty Ltd is a “boutique” firm located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Established in 1996 by local Architect Wayne Black the firm has been involved in many jobs varying in size and budget - striving to ensure that required IMPROVEMENTS to your LIFESTYLE actually happen.
Throughout planning and construction stages, complex circumstances, can and often arise. It is not always the desire of the clients to face or deal with such issues. It is here that our expertise in dealing with ALL facets of BUILDING can be utilized by our firm achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. Through GOOD DESIGN, GOOD DOCUMENTATION and GOOD COMMUNICATION, we deliver outstanding RESULTS.

What is an architect?
An Architect is a licensed and qualified professional, who has completed
a course of study in the design planning and the science of building, or the equivalent, served an internship, licensed as an Architect and is bound by
a code of ethics. The architect is normally the prime design professional in the construction of all types of buildings. The architect generally contracts with the owner to perform a range of or certain services.
The architect assists in the engagement of or can help obtain the services
of civil, structural, electrical engineers, surveyors, cost evaluators, as well
as landscape architects and any other specialists who may require involvement in the building process.
